It is the responsibility of the customer
to check all spelling, addresses, names, dates, locations,
times, spacing and typesetting on each individual order.
All proofs must be signed and faxed to The Invitation
Stop at (954) 340-8244 or email your approval to us
at sales@invitationstop.com prior
to printing of the order.
The Invitation Stop will work with
the customer to correct an error made by you after
the job has been printed and received. The error will
be corrected as quickly as possible and the order will
be reprinted at a 10% discount from the original price.
The Invitation Stop will assume the responsibility
for reprinting and order which was incorrectly processed
by the printer. This would include the number of items
ordered, or a mistake that the printer made that does
not match the approved proof.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Invitation Stop, we strive
to provide superior service. However, it is not always
possible to cancel an order once the printing has begun.
Should you need to cancel an order please contact us
immediately. If your order has not been processed by
our customer service staff or sent directly to manufacturer
for printing, your money will be refunded.
If your order has been approved by
you and sent for printing, we will refund you 50% of
the total cost of the order provided the printing has
not begun.
If your order has been printed, there will be NO refund.
RETURN POLICY
It is imperative that you carefully
review and verify that your order is accurate and complete.
The Invitation Stop stands behind its merchandise.
If the order matched your approved proof, there will
be no refund. However, if there is a printing error
or mistake and you notify us via email within two (2)
days from the delivery of your order we will correct
the mistake and reprint the order at no charge to you.
